01 - Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato into 8 wedges for even cooking.
02 - Place potato wedges in a large bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss vigorously until all wedges are evenly coated.
03 - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes before cooking.
04 - Place seasoned wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding; cook in batches if necessary.
05 - Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking time. Wedges are done when golden brown and crispy on the outside.
06 - Transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
